Chickens Merge
What is Chickens Merge?
Chickens Merge is a "Merge-Tower Defense" hybrid. The technical core is "Unit-Tier Value." You merge two Lv.1 chickens to get a Lv.2. Higher levels have exponential DPS (Damage Per Second). You place them on a defensive grid. Enemies (wolves, foxes) move along a path. It tests "Economy Balancing"—choosing between spawning many cheap units vs. merging for one strong unit.
Description
Merge identical chickens to create more powerful defensive variants that protect a farm from invaders. The loop combines incremental upgrades with basic tower defense positioning, where higher-tier chickens provide increased firepower and unique abilities.
How to Play
Defend the base. Goal: Survive waves. Interaction: "Drag-to-Merge," "Drag-to-Place." Spawning costs gold. Merging is free. Position ranged chickens in the back, melee/tank chickens (if any) in the front or at corners.
How to Get High Scores in Chickens Merge
Defense depends on "Corner-Placement." Place your highest DPS chicken on the "Inner Corner" of the path turn. This spot allows the unit to fire at enemies approaching, turning, and leaving (maximizes "Time-on-Target"). A pro strategy: "Boss-Focus." Keep one "Single-Target" high-level unit specifically to melt the high-HP bosses, while lower-level units handle the swarms.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Should I merge everything immediately?
No! Two Lv.1 chickens often deal more total DPS than one Lv.2 chicken. Only merge if you run out of board space or need the Lv.2's specific range boost.
Q: Do chickens attack automatically?
Yes. Your job is purely "Logistics" (Merging and Positioning).
